1. User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of “Weisez” (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) on one side and the user of the website on the other. The website is not a mass media platform. By using the website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not use the website!

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. The User has the right to:

• Search for information on the website.
• Access information on the website.
• Use information from the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Use information from the website for commercial purposes with the Administration’s permission.

2.2. The Administration has the right to:

• Create, modify, or revoke rules at its discretion and necessity.
• Restrict access to any information on the website.
• Create, edit, or delete information on the website.
• Deny registration without explanation.
• Modify, block, or delete user accounts without prior notice.

2.3. The User is obligated to:

• Not disrupt the functionality of the website.
• Ensure the security of their personal data from third-party access.
• Not share their account login and password with third parties.
• Not create multiple accounts if they belong to the same individual.
• Use the provided subscription as intended.

2.4. The Administration is obligated to:

• Maintain the functionality of the website, except in cases where it is impossible due to reasons beyond the Administration’s control.

3. Responsibilities of the Parties

• The Administration bears no responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources.
• The Administration is not responsible for discrepancies between the services expected by the User and the services actually provided.
• The Administration is not responsible for services provided by third parties.
• In the event of force majeure, the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of user data or the uninterrupted operation of the website.

4. Terms of the Agreement

• This Agreement takes effect with any use of the website.
• The Agreement ceases to be valid upon the release of a new version.
• The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at its discretion.
• The Administration may not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
